Buying from Mr Music
Buying online from Mr Music could not be easier. Just browse or search our site, and click the "Buy Now" icon on any items that you wish to buy. When you have finished shopping click on the Shopping Cart icon & proceed to the Checkout phase where you will be asked to enter your payment & delivery details.
Mr Music accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

Delivery Details
Our web site is not linked to our stock management computer system, but we make every effort to ensure that we only display items that are in stock.
If an item is shown as in stock, we guarantee it will be dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of your order. If an item is displayed as out of stock, please contact the shop for an estimated delivery date.
Once despatched your order is insured against loss or damage whilst in transit.
Shipping Costs
Mr Music currently uses Parcelforce for delivering customer orders. Delivery costs are dependent on the size and weight of the item purchased and will be displayed and added to your total when you get to the shopping cart phase.

Tax Charges All prices shown on the Mr Music site include VAT at 17.5%

Credit Card Security
Mr Music use Secure Trading for all credit card payments. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

New items come with a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties - details of which come with the product and you may be required to register the product direct with the manufacturer in order for the extended warranty period to apply. Second-hand items come with a 3 month parts & labour warranty
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 30 days of purchase. After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods must be returned to Mr Music Ltd will be repaired & returned to the customer. If the original packaging has been retained then Mr Music Ltd can offer a free collection service for faulty goods that need to be returned. If you do not keep the original packaging then it is your responsibility to package & return the goods to Mr Music Ltd at your own cost & liability. Once repaired, goods will be returned to the customers’ UK address at no charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of Mr Music. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods must be reported to Mr Music Ltd within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. If the package appears to be damaged on delivery, please write the word "Damaged" when you are asked to sign for the delivery.

Mr Music Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy
Refunds
Goods may be returned to Mr Music Ltd up to 7 days after the date of purchase for a full refund provided that: 1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials. 2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request. 3. Proof of purchase can be established.
In all cases of return for refund, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Exceptions to this refund policy apply to: 1. Products where a licence agreement is included with the product (ie software and sample CDs). In the case of such products a refund can only be offered if the product packaging has not been opened or tampered with in any way.
Exchanges
Goods may be returned to Mr Music Ltd up to 30 days after purchase for a full exchange provided that: 1. INFO RE CARRIAGE CHARGES ON RETURNED GOODS Please note that delivery and collection charges will not be refunded if you decide to return a product for any reason other than it being faulty.
